3 PM Steve Buyer Portrait Unveiling Information

“At 3:00 p.m., on Friday, Nov 5th, The Citadel will unveil the portrait of our classmate Congressman Steve Buyer in Mark Clark Hall on the second floor at the entrance to the same Buyer Auditorium that we dedicated in 2005 at our 25th Reunion. The portrait will hang outside Buyer Auditorium thereafter. In addition, a new plaque will have been installed at the same entrance which briefly describes Steve’s public service over 18 years in Congress and in the US Army Reserve and recognizes the generosity of the Class of 1980 which raised the funds for the auditorium renovation as a 25th Reunion class gift.”

4 PM Wine & Cheese at Daniel Library

The 4:00 p.m. wine and cheese reception honoring the Class of 1980 in Daniel Library is paid for by "Friends of the Library" through the generosity of the LeClerq Family and not by the Class of 1980 or The Citadel.
